6 activities to practice during Super Flower Moon period🌝

I have channelled an Akashic reading about the full moon on my last post: Super Flower Moon Message from Akashic Beings. This is the second part of my reading, as I have asked to Akashic beings about what activities are good to practice in this period, they gave me the answer as below.

From this full moon of May until the new moon of June, you can practice these 6 activities for bringing more surrender, relaxing and clarity to your life. So that you can experience a smooth transition between full moon and new moon.

Move your energy body

If you would like to have clean energy body with aligned energetic centres, the best thing you can do is to keep moving your energy body everyday. Move the energy through your body by practicing energy related exercises- such as energy medicine, qigong, yoga or spiritual dances.

Put your shields up

Start your day by putting shields up- call the protection of your guides, angels, light beings and the Universe. It is a period that you need extra awareness on this. You can pair this exercise with your daily habits to remember it easily: such as putting a note next to the bathroom mirror so you can remember when you brush your teeth.

Reflect

Reflect on the specific question: “What are the gifts in the challenges and difficulties in my life now?” You can journal on this or share in a circle with the souls you trust. You can pair this activity with a meditation, by meditating first, connecting to your heart and then asking to your higher self the answer. You will be surprised by the answers you receive.

Observe duality with no reaction

Duality facilitates our understanding of the world. As dark and light, good and bad, right and wrong… One doesn’t exist without the other. Attaching emotions around duality is an experience of the third dimension. In higher realms everything is seen as a tool for the Universe to express and understand itself. If you would like to experience the higher realms, you can already do it by carrying your frequency on a higher level. Remember, all is you and you are all. Accepting all as they are, helps you to accept you, as you are. You can take time to practice forgiveness if you would like to be active on processing duality. It would lighten and help you to raise your vibration.

Take time for a hobby

Practice something you like, that inspires you and makes you forget about the time. Even if you go through big changes, have that time every day or week- however it fits you- to relax and play. It is especially important to do this in the times of change: do not take things serious, and find a way to take it easy.

Manifest abundance and call good luck into your daily life

You can practice it through a group meditation or journaling. When you take a part in your manifestation, it will become your reality. Do it by speaking out loud and showing your will and intention to the Universe. It is always available for you to manifest anything you want. There is enough for everyone. And you can have all you want at any time.
